Jordan was here at my Mother’s place to get her power chair working. He did a wonderful job. So kind and professional. Jordan is an asset to your company, you are lucky to have him representing your company. If we need any more help with her power chair, we will be calling for Jordan.

We visited the store earlier today to look into renting a scooter for my mother in law. We were greeted with a warm welcome from Jordan. He is very knowledgeable, patient, sincere and overall gave us excellent customer service. Our plan was to go to other mobility shops yet decided not too. In the past we have received mediocre service at other mobility shops but after today’s visit with Jordan we will be doing business with Mobility City.
