I visited the Sugar Land location and met Jordan. He is friendly and knowledge about the equiptment. He infrom me about things I would not have known to ask because this is my first time purchasing a power chair. He took his time to help me find a chair that I can manage without help. Then he explained the working of the chair. Before I left he registered my warranty something I forget to do so many times. Thank you so much. Keep up the good work.

We visited the store earlier today to look into renting a scooter for my mother in law. We were greeted with a warm welcome from Jordan. He is very knowledgeable, patient, sincere and overall gave us excellent customer service. Our plan was to go to other mobility shops yet decided not too. In the past we have received mediocre service at other mobility shops but after today’s visit with Jordan we will be doing business with Mobility City.

Jason and Jordan excellent professionals that they are repaired my old Hoveround Teknique XHD I bought in 2011. So glad I found these guys and this company. Do yourself a favor and get the best tech your money can buy. I know I will be talking to Jason and Jordan in the future when the old Hoveround is put out to pasture.
