What type of equipment do you rent?

We rent power scooters, hospital beds, power wheelchairs, knee scooters, manual wheelchairs, premium bed mattresses, rollator walkers, and more.

How long do I need to rent the equipment for?

We provide multiple rental options starting from daily up to monthly terms.

Can you deliver rented mobility products?

Yes, we will deliver rental equipment, assemble it, and instruct you on its safe use.

Do you have a delivery fee for rentals?

Yes, all delivery fees are based on mileage. Please call for a quote.

Can you deliver and pick up rented products to the hotel we are staying at?

Yes, we deliver to hotels ahead of your arrival time for your convenience.

Do you offer insurance for rentals?

On some occasions, we do offer insurance for rentals.

Can my rental charge go towards a purchase?

Yes, up to 2 months of rental fees can go toward a purchase.

Do you provide rentals for any local airports?

Yes, we provide rentals for William P. Hobby and George Bush Intercontinental airports and other local airports. Delivery and pickup charges are included.

How do I arrange a rental at Hobby or Intercontinental airport?

Give us a call to reserve, and we will schedule and organize delivery.

Where is pickup and dropoff when renting a product at Hobby or Intercontinental airport?

The pickup and dropoff location depends on what airline you are flying. Please call ahead of time to provide us with a pickup location and time.

Do you provide rentals for any local cruises or ports?

Yes, we provide rentals for all Galveston, TX cruises and ports.

The pickup and drop off location depends on what cruise provider or port you are departing from. Please call ahead of time to provide us with a pickup location and time.

How do I arrange for a rental at Galveston port?

Can you fix my broken products and equipment at my home?

Yes, we offer in-home repair service with a flat rate mileage fee.

Does your mobility equipment service truck come to my area to do repairs?

Yes, we provide repair service in Houston and all surrounding cities.

Do you service electric scooters?

Yes, our technicians will provide an overall evaluation of your equipment and provide suggestions before any repairs are completed.

Do I need to schedule an appointment to bring my mobility equipment in for repair?

No, but we do recommend scheduling an appointment. In some cases, we may need you to leave the equipment with us.

Do your Technicians work for your company and do they have background checks?

Yes, all our technicians work for our company and have satisfactory background checks.

Have your Technicians received the Covid-19 vaccination?

Yes, our technicians have received the Covid-19 vaccination.

Are you insured in case of damage in my home?

Yes, we are insured and bonded in case of any damage done in your home.

Do you carry bathroom safety equipment?

Yes, we offer a wide variety of bathroom safety products in our showroom.

Can I pay you over the phone for products and services at my parents’ home?

Yes, you can pay over the phone with our secure credit card processing system.

Do you repair products bought from other companies?

Yes, we are an authorized repair facility and dealer for all equipment manufacturers.

Can you come to my home, apartment, or assisted living facility to repair my equipment?

Yes, we are the authorized repair facility for most facilities and can come to your location.

My batteries no longer charge. Do you carry replacements?

Yes, we carry in-stock batteries for most mobility equipment and provide installation upon request.

Do you carry lithium replacement batteries?

Yes, we stock lithium replacement batteries for most equipment manufacturers. If not in stock, we can usually get them the next day.

Can I just buy the batteries myself?

Yes, you can buy the batteries and install them yourself.

Do you sell chargers?

Yes, we sell chargers of all sizes.

Will you purchase used mobility equipment?

Yes, on occasions we do purchase used mobility equipment.

Do you have mobility equipment to see and test in your showroom?

Yes, unlike online, you get to try before you buy in our showroom.

Do you honor a manufacturer’s warranties on mobility equipment?

Yes, we honor manufacturer’s warranties, and we also sell extended warranties in-house.

Do you carry and service bariatric mobility equipment?

Yes, we carry and service bariatric mobility equipment.

Sanitization

What products can you sanitize?

We can sanitize all equipment.

Will sanitization ruin, rust, or fade my equipment?

No, sanitization will not ruin, rust, or fade your equipment.

What kind of chemicals are used when sanitizing?

We do not use any chemicals. We use the STEAM220 program to safely and effectively sanitize your mobility equipment with high-temp dry steam.

How often should my equipment be sanitized?

It is recommended to sanitize your equipment every 3 months.

Can you sanitize equipment at my home or do I need to come to your store?

We can either come to you or you can bring the equipment to our store for sanitization.
